It all started during the Covid lockdowns in 2020 when MISSCHU owner Gabi Machado and Etto Pasta Bars founder Dave Ansett would get together to share their challenges and fears for the future of their restaurants and the industry.
Out of those conversations came the big question; “what if we combined the strength of 100 restaurants to negotiate better prices and build our own tech for delivery and ordering without commissions?”
